“We’ve been having some great experiences on the ExecTech practice management program. I wanted to share some of these things with you.
The implementation of ExecTech’s practice management systems has helped our staff and doctors to be more on the same page with each other than ever before. This has resulted in a much smoother operation and a greater level of teamwork than we’ve ever seen in the practice. Having staff motivating themselves rather than leaving it to the practice owners is a great feeling!
Over the years, we have had problems dealing with extremely difficult patients. This has been a major source of stress in our practice. Now, thanks to ExecTech’s help, handling difficult patients is no longer difficult. They are simply no longer a source of stress in our practice.
Since we implemented ExecTech’s practice management systems, I am no longer stressed about money. This has always been a personal concern of mine. I have always worried about scarcity. For me, the nagging question that felt like it was always in the back of my mind was: ‘Will we have enough money to pay the bills?’
We’ve implemented the steps and systems recommended to us by our ExecTech consultant and our ExecTech coach and this feeling has simply gone away. Last January, for some reason, I caught myself thinking about the bills. Then I took a breath and reminded myself: ‘We’ve got things in place.’
Now, things are operating so smoothly in our practice that I don’t even think about bills until the end of the month. My staff use the systems taught to us by ExecTech to “pull a rabbit out of the hat” and I’m happy to pay them their bonuses.
We’ve improved our website and we’ve added an operatory. We’ve reorganized our front desk team with great results. I’ve taken more time off than ever before. I am more focused in planning of the management of the practice and in following through. I am a lot happier. This has been very helpful for me. There are a lot more things that are going right in our practice, now.
All of our practice numbers are much better.”
