Program Fees

ExecTech charges a flat fee for a customized consulting and coaching program; approximately $3400-4800 a month. The fee is based on the consulting objectives, size of your practice, location of the meetings and amount of coaching your practice will receive. The fee is also a full tax write-off.

Before determining your program fee, you and an ExecTech consultant meet for a complimentary two-hour practice analysis consultation. If, as a result of this meeting you are happy with our approach and how we operate, we will schedule a proposal meeting where we outline each area in the practice that needs assistance with written recommendations on how they are to be addressed and solved.

An ExecTech proposal will outline in writing exactly how ExecTech will help increase your profit, reduce your stress, and achieve your goals. The proposal will outline the following:

  • Your goals
  • Your statistics
  • The consulting solutions and systems we will help implement
  • ExecTech’s consulting meeting procedure
  • The complete list of program services included
  • ExecTech responsibilities
  • Your program objective
  • Expected results
  • Payment options
