28. David Ticzon“Before ExecTech I refused to have a consultant come into our office, did not want help. I don’t know if it’s being defensive of what people would be telling me of what they thought about my practice. But then once I joined ExecTech, I realized that, that whole train of thought was different.

The biggest improvement with ExecTech was getting new patients in; learning how to deal with employees; getting my office policy in place so that I was protected; knowing how to write up employees if they didn’t perform up to par what we expected, so that I should be protected should an employee try to file for unemployment afterwards. There was a lot of legal stuff that came with ExecTech which was really, really helpful.

It increased our new patient flow to the point where things got busier in our office. With new patient flow we got more production, which led to more collections. It all goes hand in hand. New patient flow is the life of any dental practice.

What I like most about ExecTech is the hand-holding on running a practice with bi-weekly meetings with your consultant. I also like the review of statistics and setting goals weekly or monthly.

ExecTech is like a parent holding your hand or a mentor that’s holding your hand to guide you on how to run your practice.

I would say I wish I had more of an open mind earlier in my dental career because I would’ve been so much further. All I can say to other dentists is do it, because you’re going to find out that you’re going to get a lot of benefits out of this.”
