“When I started with ExecTech initially the fee seemed pretty steep. As my consultant and I reviewed our office statistics (production, collections, new patients) we realized that our office had the potential for increasing not just one but all three of the statistics. - Increases the productivity of the staff and myself.
- Increases the overall production.
- Increases collections, which in turn increases the ability to financially reward the staff and myself, which provides financial motivation.
As one can see, this specially tailored plan can become self-perpetuating. In our case it has become an integral part of our office mentality.
One of the things that I enjoy about meeting with my ExecTech consultant is that the strategies, ideas, and plans that we come up with and discuss are truly successful. And being able to come up with these plans, discuss them, institute them and see them successfully accomplished, gives me increased confidence in my decision making abilities, management strategies, and the clinical methods that I use at work.
As a result of ExecTech, production and collections have increased 79% and 70% respectively.
